Students will have to submit the prescribed documents along with the Application Form.

Given below is the list of required documents :

• Birth Certificate or proof of DOB
• Passport Size photo of the child 10 copies
• Photograph of Father and Mother 2 copies
• Residential Proof
  • SC/ST/OBC certificate if required
  • EWS/BPL certificate if required
• An affidavit in the case of a Single Girl child or Single parent
• Aadhar Card of the child and Parents/Guardian
• Proof of the relationship of a child’s parents with
• Income Proof if in service
• Transfer Certificate
